The cashier confirms payment and handoff while receipt, history, inventory, and loyalty reconcile.
Operational coverage
MotoCoreHQ connects the service floor to customer trust, stock accuracy, financial control, and owner visibility without collapsing them into one ambiguous status.
Implemented in the current controlled pilot
Daily branch QR tokens and assisted entry connect a real branch visit to a controlled service request.
Keep request review, queue order, and workshop status separate so every handoff remains understandable.
Move from inspection to diagnosis, quote, approved work, quality check, and release with explicit transitions.
Preserve every reviewed quote version and block work that falls outside the customer-approved scope.
Project current stock from immutable movements, with reservations, actual usage, reorder levels, and transfers.
Keep payments, refunds, receipts, quality approval, and final release server-confirmed and auditable.
Turn each released job into a customer record with service details, future reminders, and ledger-based rewards.
Let enrolled workshop devices save eligible work locally without pretending an offline action is final.
Customers stay informed without seeing internal shop data.
Privacy-safe notifications cover acceptance, quotes, delays, ready status, and maintenance reminders.

Accountable by design

No silent merges. No overwritten approvals. No release without confirmation.
Traceable workflow
Request decisions, queue changes, job transitions, rework, and release stay visible in history.
Versioned approval
Corrections create a new version, and work outside the approved scope remains blocked.
Stock integrity
Reservations, actual usage, count corrections, and transfers reconcile back to branch stock.
Confirmed release
Payments, refunds, receipts, quality approval, loyalty, and release remain auditable.

Everything a single shop needs to run daily operations without paper.
Customfor shop networks
Shared customer identity and controlled operations across branches.
Introductory pricing. Final plans are confirmed after the pilot exit review.
New service requests start at a physical branch. Customers scan the branch QR issued for that day, or a manager records an assisted intake on an enrolled branch device. A manager still verifies arrival before anything enters the queue.
Enrolled branch devices keep working: checklists, labor entries, diagnoses, and assisted intake drafts queue on the device and sync exactly once when connectivity returns. Conflicts are surfaced for explicit review, never merged silently.
Customer approvals, prices, payments, refunds, loyalty redemption, and final release are always server-confirmed. Offline availability never extends permissions.
Scan the QR at the counter, or ask the manager for assisted intake. Everything after that is tracked.
