This website describes MotoCoreHQ, motorcycle shop management software for shops in the Philippines. It is informational. No account is created here, no payment is taken here, and no service is delivered here.

The figures shown are introductory and stated in Philippine pesos: ₱0 during the controlled pilot, ₱2,490 per branch per month afterwards, and a custom figure for shop networks. They describe what is currently intended, not a binding offer, and final plans are confirmed after the pilot exit review.

Anything agreed with a shop is agreed in the pilot agreement, which is the document that actually governs the relationship.

Every screen, queue row, customer name, reference, and money figure shown in the product images on this site is sample data, created to show the shape of the software. None of it comes from a real shop, because there is not a real shop running MotoCoreHQ yet.

There are no customer testimonials, case studies, or usage statistics on this site for the same reason.

MotoCoreHQ manages service operations, inventory movements, payments, receipts, and operational reporting. It is not a full accounting or ERP replacement, it does not make repair decisions on a mechanic's behalf, and it is not a marketplace for comparing shops.

Submitting the form is a request to be contacted. It creates no obligation on either side. Please do not put customer records, payment details, or anything else confidential into the message box.

These terms are replaced by a reviewed version before the first pilot branch goes live. The date at the top changes whenever the words do.
