MotoCoreHQ is in a controlled pilot and has no customers yet. This page describes only what the public website does today. The terms covering use of the product itself are issued with the pilot agreement, and this page is replaced by the reviewed version before the first pilot branch goes live.
What this website collects
One form on this website collects anything: the demo request form. When you submit it, it sends your full name, your shop or business name, your email address, your mobile number, how many branches you run, and whatever you wrote in the message box.
Nothing else on this page asks you for information, and the public pages do not set cookies of their own.
What happens to it
A demo request goes to the MotoCoreHQ team so somebody can contact you and arrange a demo. That is the only reason it is collected and the only thing it is used for. It is not sold, and it is not used to send marketing you did not ask for.
Measurement
This site runs Vercel Analytics, which counts page views and referrers. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you across other websites.
Signing in
The staff and customer areas of MotoCoreHQ are not part of the public website. Signing in there sets a session cookie so the application knows who you are between pages. Customer passwords are stored as scrypt hashes, never as readable text.
Your shop's own data
Once a shop runs on MotoCoreHQ, the records it creates about its customers and their motorcycles belong to that shop, and the shop decides who inside it can see what. Role scope is enforced in the application rather than hidden in the interface, and sensitive actions leave an audit trail.
The full terms covering that data, including how long it is kept and how it is exported or deleted, are issued with the pilot agreement.
Changes
This page is replaced by a reviewed version before the first pilot branch goes live. The date at the top changes whenever the words do.
Questions about anything on this page can go through the demo request form, which reaches the same team.
